Pramerica MF announces change in exit load under 3 schemes

Pramerica MF announces change in exit load structure under its schemes, with effect from May 04, 2015.

Pramerica Mutual Fund has announced change in exit load structure under Pramerica Short Term Income FundPramerica Treasury Advantage Fund and Pramerica Credit Opportunities Fund, with effect from May 04, 2015.

Accordingly, the revised exit load structure will be:

Pramerica Short Term Income Fund: If redeemed/switched-out on or before 90 days from the date of allotment - 0.30%

If redeemed/switched-out after 90 days from the date of allotment - Nil

Pramerica Treasury Advantage Fund: If redeemed/switched-out on or before 270 days from the date of allotment - 0.75%

If redeemed/switched-out after 270 days from the date of allotment - Nil

Pramerica Credit Opportunities Fund: If redeemed/switched-out on or before 365 days from the date of allotment - 2%

If redeemed/switched-out after 365 days from the date of allotment - Nil

The aforesaid changes in load structure shall be applicable for all prospective investments scheme effective May 04, 2015. Investments made prior to May 04, 2015 would continue to attract the load structure which was applicable at the time of investment.
