Cabinet approves 8 new railway projects worth Rs 24,600 crore, says Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw

The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs on August 9 gave its approval for 8 railway projects worth Rs 24,657 crore, bolstering development process in aspirational and tribal-dominated districts, Union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw said during a press briefing. Out of these 8 projects, three will be developed Odisha's southern and western parts, the minister said. Moreover, the these projects will cover 14 districts across seven states- Odisha, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Jharkhand, Bihar, Telangana and West Bengal- and increase the existing network of Railways by around 900 km, the minister said. All eyes on 24,700 level for Nifty's further upward journey next week amid falling VIX

The Nifty 50 rebounded sharply, recouping all of its previous day's losses and closing 1 percent higher on August 9. The index surpassed the lower end of the bearish gap zone from August 5 (24,350) but needs to sustain above this level in the coming sessions. It faced a significant hurdle around the 24,400 zone, which coincides with the 10-day and 21-day EMAs (Exponential Moving Averages). Experts suggest that if the index decisively closes and sustains above the 24,350-24,400 area, it could potentially reach the 24,700-24,800 zone, which coincides with the upper end of the bearish gap zone. ChatGPT users can now create images with the help of DALL-E 3 for free

OpenAI unveiled its DALL-E 3 image generation tool in September last year, allowing ChatGPT Plus users to create custom images with text prompts. The artificial intelligence company also introduced several enhancements for the DAllE-3 users at regular intervals.
