Issuance of Equity Shares
The board of directors of Sirca Paints India Limited approved the issuance of up to 20,11,000 equity shares to non-promoter group individuals. Extraordinary General Meeting
To seek the consent of its members for the equity share issuance, Sirca Paints will hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. The cut-off date to determine the eligibility of members for remote e-voting at the EGM is set for Tuesday, July 29, 2025.
