Rupee to range between 66.50-67.50/USD: Tirthankar Patnaik

We expect the 10-year benchmark bond yield to trade in a broad range of 6.9-7.1 percent in the near term, says Tirthankar Patnaik, Mizuho Bank.

Tirthankar Patnaik, Mizuho Bank said, "We expect the USD-INR to range between 66.50-67.50/USD in the near term with the State election results on March 11 crucial for its continued strength."He further said, "We expect the 10-year benchmark bond yield to trade in a broad range of 6.9-7.1 percent in the near term, with a bias towards the higher end of the range."
