Shares of Rallis India jumped as much as 9 percent to touch a new all-time high of Rs 386 per share on July 15, after the company reported strong results for the June quarter (Q1FY26).
So far in 2025, the stock of this agro-chemical company has climbed 25 percent, far outperforming the 5 percent rise in the Nifty 50 index.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, the company’s net profit soared 98 percent year-on-year (YoY) to Rs 95 crore, compared to Rs 48 crore in the same quarter last year.
Revenue from operations rose 22 percent to Rs 957 crore, up from Rs 783 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal.
At the operating level, EBITDA grew 56.3 percent to Rs 150 crore in the first quarter, compared to Rs 96 crore a year ago. EBITDA margin improved to 15.6 percent, up from 12.2 percent in the same period of the previous year.
In addition to its financial performance, Rallis India announced a leadership change. The company’s board of directors approved the resignation of Subhra Gourisaria from her role as Chief Financial Officer, effective July 24, 2025, as she is moving to another Tata Group company.
On the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the board has appointed Bhaskar Swaminathan as the new CFO, effective August 7, 2025.
Currently, about 14 brokerages cover the stock. Of these, 2 have given a buy call, 3 recommend hold, and 9 have issued a sell rating.
