PCBL Chemical Limited has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This decision was communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and BSE Ltd on July 14, 2025.
The meeting is being held pursuant to Regulation 29 and Regulation 50 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
