Paxton Estate Management Services Limited has announced the purchase of 1,800 equity shares of Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited on August 28, 2025.
The disclosure, made under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Take-Overs) Regulations, 2011, indicates a change in the shareholding of Paxton Estate Management Services in Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd.
Prior to this acquisition, Paxton Estate Management Services held zero shares carrying voting rights in Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals Limited. Similarly, there were no shares held in the nature of encumbrance, nor any voting rights acquired other than by shares. No warrants or convertible securities were held that entitled the acquirer to receive shares carrying voting rights in the TC.
Following the acquisition of 1,800 shares, Paxton Estate Management Services now holds 1,800 shares carrying voting rights. There are no shares encumbered by the acquirer, nor any voting rights other than by shares. Additionally, there are no warrants or convertible securities that entitle the acquirer to receive further shares carrying voting rights.
The acquisition was executed through an open market purchase.
