Oil India Limited has announced that its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).
The notice of the AGM, along with the Annual Report for 2024-25, will be sent electronically to members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or Depositories, in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
In accordance with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, Oil India Limited will provide e-voting facility to its members. The cut-off date for determining eligibility for e-voting is Thursday, September 11, 2025. The remote e-voting facility will be available during the following period:

Members who intend to participate in the AGM through VC/OAVM facility and could not cast their vote on the Resolutions through remote e-voting, shall be eligible to vote through e-voting system during the AGM.
The Company has fixed Thursday, September 04, 2025, as the 'Record Date' for the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25, which was recommended by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on May 21, 2025. The dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days post approval of the shareholders.
