MMTC Limited has announced a special window for the re-lodgement of transfer requests for physical shares, in compliance with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD/P/CIR/2025/97 dated July 2, 2025.

The special window will be open for six months, from July 7, 2025, to January 6, 2026. This initiative allows shareholders to re-lodge transfer deeds that were submitted before April 1, 2019, but were rejected or returned due to deficiencies in documentation or process.

During this period, shares re-lodged for transfer will be issued only in dematerialized (demat) mode. All transfer-cum-demat requests will be processed according to the standard procedures. Transfer requests submitted after January 6, 2026, will not be accepted by the Company or the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA).

Eligible shareholders can submit their requests to the Company at akmisra@mmtclimited.com or to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (MCS Share Transfer Agent Ltd.) at admin@mcsregistrars.com.
