The Promoter and Promoter Group of NACL Industries Limited, including Ms. K. Lakshmi Raju, M/s. KLR Products Limited, and M/s. Bright Town Investment Advisors Private Limited, acted as Persons Acting in Concert (PAC). KLR Products Limited sold the shares to Coromandel International Limited, with the acquisition completed on August 8, 2025.
