The board of directors of Jain Irrigation Systems is scheduled to meet on September 2, 2025, to consider a proposal for fund raising.
In a regulatory filing, the company informed that the board will also discuss matters incidental and ancillary thereto. The board will also consider notice convening the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company, announce Annual Book Closure and matter related thereto.
The company said that it will intimate the decision(s) taken by the Board at the aforesaid meeting immediately after its conclusion.
The meeting is being held under Regulation 29(2) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The company has made the disclosure to BSE and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
