Bulk deals: SBI Mutual Fund picks up 2.79% stake in Star Health and Allied Insurance Company

The Nippon India Mutual Fund A/C Nippon India Small Cap Fund purchased 19.99 lakh shares (0.79 percent) of JTKET India at Rs 138.84, while Nippon India Mutual Fund acquired a further 19.25 lakh shares (0.76 percent) at Rs 138.82.

The following bulk deals took place on the NSE and BSE on June 25.

Arisinfra Solutions
Citigroup Global Markets Mauritius Pvt Ltd sold 5.41 lakh shares (0.67 percent) at Rs 183.73 per share. Société Générale followed with the sale of 10.22 lakh shares (1.26 percent) at Rs 184.81, while Nova Global Opportunities Fund PCC - Touchstone exited by selling 5.22 lakh shares (0.64 percent) at Rs 205.

Awfis Space Solutions
Awfis Space Solutions Ltd saw VBAP Holdings Private Limited offload 10 lakh shares (1.40 percent) at Rs 650.01 and another 10 lakh shares (1.40 percent) at Rs 650, indicating a total divestment of 20 lakh shares.

Capital Trust
Promoter Yogen Khosla, sold 1.03 lakh shares (0.54 percent) at Rs 75.76 and an additional 2.23 lakh shares (0.97 percent) at Rs 75.90.

JTEKT India

Star Health and Allied Insurance Company
SBI Mutual Fund picked up 1.64 crore shares (2.79 percent) at Rs 420, whereas WF Asian Smaller Companies Fund sold 1.67 crore shares (2.84 percent) at Rs 420.03.

India Motor Parts & Accessories
On the selling side, PARI Washington Company AC PARI Washington India Master Fund Ltd sold 4.91 lakh shares at Rs 1150, and PARI Washington Investment Fund offloaded another 1.33 lakh shares at the same price. On the buying side, Sundaram Finance Holdings Limited acquired 2.37 lakh shares (1.90 percent) at Rs 1150, while promoter entity Trichur Sundaram Santhanam & Family Private Limited purchased 3.87 lakh shares (3.10 percent) at Rs 1149.99.
