The market seems to giving away gains as FM Arun Jaitley continues his Budget speech. The Sensex is up 27.24 points at 23181.54 and the Nifty is up 4.20 points at 7033.95. About 967 shares have advanced, 1085 shares declined, and 127 shares are unchanged

SBI, Tata Steel, ONGC, ICICI Bank and M&M are top gainers while Wipro, GAIL, Infosys, NTPC and Maruti are down.Here are few Budget proposals:
