Block deals: Societe Generale sells 0.11% stake in Ramkrishna Forgings

ISENGARD Direct PE LLC sold 1.85 percent shares of Nectar Lifesciences.

Think India Opportunities Master Fund LP purchased 2 lakh shares, or 0.11 percent shares, in Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd for Rs 922.8 per share. Simultaneously, Societe Generale sold 2 lakh Ramkrishna Forgings shares for the same amount.

BNP Paribas Financial Markets acquired 1.4 lakh shares or 0.05 percent of PNB Housing Finance Ltd at Rs 914.75 per share. Meanwhile, Goldman Sachs (Singapore) Pte offloaded 1.4 lakh shares or 0.05 percent at the same price.

Bulk deal

ISENGARD Direct PE LLC sold 4.1 lakh shares, or 1.85 percent of Nectar Lifesciences Ltd at a price of Rs 34.02 per share.
