Astra Microwave Products is addressing concerns raised by a proxy advisory firm regarding the non-disclosure of proposed fees payable to the secretarial auditors in the 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice dated August 13, 2025. The company is seeking approval from its members for the appointment of secretarial auditors.
Astra Microwave Products clarified that the estimated fees payable to M/s. L.D. Reddy & Co. for secretarial audit services for FY 2025-26 is expected to be ₹1,50,000 plus applicable taxes. The company stated that this is in line with industry benchmarks and broadly consistent with the fee paid in the previous year to the same secretarial auditor.
The announcement was made in a notification to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on September 09, 2025.
