      Shares of Arvind Fashions edged higher in Wednesday's trade after a large deal worth Rs 323 crore took place on the exchanges. As many as 56.2 lakh shares or 4.2 percent equity changed hands at Rs 575 per share in block deal window.

      Moneycontrol could not immediately verify the buyers and sellers in the transaction. Following the deal, shares of Arvind Fashions zoomed to Rs 582.50, up 4.99 percent on the NSE.

      At the time of publishing, the Arvind Fashions shares were trading at Rs 580.90 per share on the NSE, up 0.17 percent.
