Aeroflex Enterprises Limited (formerly known as SAT Industries Limited) has announced a dividend of 15% i.e. Rs. 0.30 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 2/- fully paid up for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. The record date for determining entitlement of members for receiving the dividend is set as Tuesday, September 9, 2025. If the dividend is approved at the AGM, it will be paid/credited on or before October 14, 2025.
The company will hold its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means (VC/OAVM) facility.
The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Wednesday, September 10, 2025 to Tuesday, September 16, 2025 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 40th AGM of the Company.
The company is providing the facility to members to exercise their right to vote by electronic means on resolutions proposed to be passed at AGM. Members holding shares in dematerialized form as on cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, September 9, 2025, may cast their vote electronically through remote e-voting facility of CDSL at www.evotingindia.com on all resolutions set forth in the Notice convening AGM.
The remote e-voting shall commence from Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. and ends on Monday, September 15, 2025 at 05.00 p.m.
A person whose name is recorded in the Register of Members or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on cut-off date i.e. Tuesday, September 9, 2025 shall only be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting as well as e-voting on the date of AGM.
Any person who acquires shares and becomes member of the Company after the Notice has been sent electronically by the Company and holds shares as on cut-off date, may obtain login id and password by sending request to helpdesk.evoting@cdslindia.com. However, if he/she is already registered with CDSL for remote e-voting, then he/she can use his/her existing User Id and password for casting the votes.
