The primary market is set to be busy for yet another week starting from September 29 as total 21 new initial public offerings (IPOs) worth more than Rs 4,450 crore will be available for subscription with 26 companies making their market debut.
These 21 new IPOs include five (worth Rs 3,852 crore) from the mainboard segment and others are from SME segment.
Glottis, Fabtech Technologies, and Om Freight Forwarders will kick start the week by launching their IPOs on September 29, followed by Advance Agrolife on September 30, and Embassy Group promoted workspace provider WeWork India Management on October 3.
Multi-modal logistics solutions provider Glottis aims to raise Rs 307 crore via public issue with price band of Rs 120-129 per share, while other logistics services provider Om Freight Forwarders plans to mobilise Rs 122.3 crore at the upper end of price band of Rs 128-135 per share.
Pharmaceutical machine manufacturer Fabtech Technologies has fixed price band at Rs 181-191 per share for its IPO, planning to raise Rs 230.35 crore, while the IPO will fetch agrochemical company Advance Agrolife Rs 192.9 crore and the price range fixed for the offer is Rs 95-100 per share.

WeWork India Management will be the last IPO from the mainboard segment this week, targeting Rs 3,000 crore fund raising via maiden public issue. It has set price band at Rs 615-648 per share for the offer.
Meanwhile, total 16 companies launched IPOs in the SME segment, which are opening for subscription on September 29-30.
Chiraharit, Sodhani Capital, Vijaypd Ceutical, Om Metallogic, Suba Hotels, and Dhillon Freight Carrier will open their public issues on September 29, while the IPOs by Sunsky Logistics, Munish Forge, Sheel Biotech, Infinity Infoway, Shlokka Dyes, Shipwaves Online, Greenleaf Envirotech, Valplast Technologies, BAG Convergence, and Zelio E-Mobility IPOs will be opened on September 30.
Apart from these 21 new public offerings, 14 IPOs, which opened last week, are scheduled to close for subscription in the first two days of the week.
Amongst them, the Rs 819-crore public issue of Pace Digitek, the telecom power systems, optic fiber laying, and renewable energy solutions provider, will close on September 30, while ethanol producer Trualt Bioenergy, and construction machinery exporter Jinkushal Industries will close their IPOs on September 29.
Further, of 11 SME companies, Chatterbox Technologies, Gujarat Peanut & Agri Products, Earkart, and Telge Projects IPOs will remain open till September 29, while the bidding for KVS Castings, Rukmani Devi Garg Agro Impex, MPK Steels, Ameenji Rubber, Manas Polymers & Energies, DSM Fresh Foods, and Bhavik Enterprises public issues will close on September 30.
NSB BPO Solutions will be available for subscription till October 7. This IPO was opened on September 23.
Meanwhile, 26 new companies will be available for trading on the bourses this week including 11 from the mainboard segment.
Of which, Atlanta Electricals, and Ganesh Consumer Products will debut on the BSE and NSE on September 29, while the trading in Seshaasai Technologies, Jaro Institute of Technology Management, Anand Rathi Share & Stock Brokers, and Solarworld Energy Solutions shares will commence on September 30.
This follows Jain Resource Recycling, Epack Prefab Technologies, BMW Ventures which are scheduled for market debut on October 1, while investors can start trading in Trualt Bioenergy, and Jinkushal Industries shares effective October 3.
And the remainder 15 companies -- Chatterbox Technologies, Gujarat Peanut, Earkart, Telge Projects, Praruh Technologies, Gurunanak Agriculture India, Justo Realfintech, Systematic Industries, Ecoline Exim, Matrix Geo Solutions, True Colors, Aptus Pharma, BharatRohan Airborne Innovations, Solvex Edibles, and Prime Cable Industries -- are from the SME segment, which are lined up for listing either on the BSE SME or NSE Emerge this week.
