Shivalik Rasayan Limited has announced that the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of its members will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 12:00 P.M. (IST). The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM), in accordance with the applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The company has fixed Saturday, September 20, 2025, as the record date for determining the Members of the Company eligible for the payment of dividend. The dividend, if approved by the members at the AGM, will be paid, subject to deduction of tax at source, on and from Wednesday, October 15, 2025.
The dividend will be paid to all beneficial owners in respect of shares held in electronic form as per the data made available by the depositories at the close of business hours on Saturday, September 20, 2025, and to all those members holding shares in physical form, whose names stand registered in the Company's Register of Members as Members on the close of business hours on Saturday, September 20, 2025.
