Kotak Institutional Equities has come out with its first quarter (April-June) earnings estimates for the NBFC sector. The brokerage house expects LIC Housing Finance to report a 1 percent degrowth quarter-on-quarter (growth of 16.1 percent year-on-year) in net profit at Rs 443.5 crore.Net interest income is expected to decrease by 6.4 percent Q-o-Q (up 16.7 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 769.2 crore, according to KR Choksey.KR Choksey's Report on LIC Housing Finance:We expect 14 percent Y-o-Y loan growth and expect stable NIM Y-o-Y.
