Satin Creditcare reported a strong set of numbers for the third quarter, driven by improvement in asset quality and net interest margins. In an interview with CNBC-TV18, HP Singh, Founder and MD of the company spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.
Going forward, in the next couple of quarters, we may see some kind of improvement in asset quality, he said.
On net interest margins (NIMs) he said that we work on a 10 percent interest margin as per the Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) guideline.
Our NIMs will probably remain in the same bracket, it has been 4 percent quarter on quarter growth in NIMs but it will probably be stable from here, he added.
