Crompton Greaves today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 36.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31.

Crompton Greaves today reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 36.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31.

"The Group has posted a net profit after taxes, minority interest and share of associates of Rs 36.81 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 as compared to net loss of Rs 95.73 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2015," the company said in a BSE filing.

According to the company, total income has increased to Rs 1,274.67 crore in the October-December quarter, from Rs 1,140.38 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal. .
