Air conditioning company Blue Star is expected to turn profitable with net at Rs 13 crore for December quarter against loss of Rs 5.8 crore in year-ago period.
In third quarter of previous year, it had reported an exceptional loss of Rs 15.8 crore due to VRS.
Revenue during the quarter is seen rising 6 percent to Rs 759 crore compared with Rs 716 crore in year-ago period, according to average of estimates of analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.
Operating profit is expected to be flat at Rs 26 crore and margin at 3.5 percent against 3.6 percent year-on-year.
The company is Likely to see revenue growth on account of higher execution in project segment and margin is likely to see decline due to the demonetisation impact.
During the quarter, the company said that Q3 is likely to be flat quarter and it expects revival in Q4.
