Drug firm Wockhardt today said the UK health regulator has confirmed that its Daman-based manufacturing facility complies with good manufacturing practices (GMP).
"UK MHRA (The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency) has since confirmed that our manufacturing unit at Kadaiya Daman complies with the principles and guidelines of good manufacturing practices," Wockhardt said in a regulatory filing.
In view of this, the approval status of the said unit continues, it added.
Shares of Wockhardt today ended at Rs 690.15 apiece on BSE, up 0.32 percent from previous close.
