Targeting Rs 300 cr FY17 revenues from textile, infra biz: GSFC

    Gujarat State Fertilisers and Chemicals (GSFC) is targeting Rs 300 crore revenues from textile and infrastructure business in FY17. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, SK Nanda, Chairman and Managing Director of GSFC says Nylon 6 has been approved by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), which will garner Rs 200 crore revenue from infrastructure space. He see usage of Nylon 6 product in housing segment.The remaining Rs 100 crore of revenue will come form the company's textile yarn which will produce a texturised product for textile markets in the south and Surat, he adds. The two new products will add considerable volume going forward, Nanda says. Transcript to follow
