Brigade Enterprises goes shopping - buys 13 acres of land for Rs 218 crore in Bengaluru for developing an IT park. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, KP Pradeep, CFO of Brigade Group spoke about the deal and latest happenings in the company.
Pradeep said purchase of Bengaluru land is done through internal accruals.
He further said that we have commercial leasing space of 2.4 million square feet currently.
Talking about rentals, he said rentals are stable and expect them to remain stable going forward.
On hospitality business front, he said we expect to find an investor for the business by Q1 of FY19.
Debt is moving in-line with the project pipeline, he added.
