    In an interview with CNBC-TV18, Rohan Suryavanshi of Dilip Buildcon spoke about the latest happenings in his company and sector.

    The company has formed a joint venture (JV) with VPR Mining Infrastructure Private Ltd where it is going to hold 74 percent to venture into mining.

    We have already been a player in the mining segment and this new JV is an extension of what we want to achieve in the mining sector, he said.

    In the last two years, Dilip Buildcon has already started doing great work in the mining sector. This JV is basically to bid for more opportunity which Dilip Buildcon on its own might not have been allowed to bid, he added.
