Earth Infra to double revenue to Rs 800 cr in FY12

Real estate company Earth Infrastructure is planning to double its revenue to Rs 800 crore in FY12 through its various housing projects in the NCR region, a top company executive said.

Real estate company Earth Infrastructure is planning to double its revenue to Rs 800 crore in FY12 through its various housing projects in the NCR region, a top company executive said.


The company's revenue in FY11 stood at Rs 400 crore, Earth Infrastructure Director Vikas Gupta told PTI here.


"We are involved in affordable and medium housing that has a huge market demand. We expect to double our revenue through housing sales in this financial year," he said.


At present, the overall project size is Rs 4,000 crore involving three housing projects in Greater Noida and two in Gurgaon, he said, adding the company is planning to raise it to Rs 5,000 crore in the current fiscal.


The ongoing projects include Earth Towne, valued at around Rs 630 crore, and Earth Saphire (Rs 270 crore). The completion timeframe for both the projects is June 2013.
