Godrej Properties has launched Palm Grove, its first project in Chennai. The premium residential project spread across 12.5 acres will offer 1,556 apartments in 16 and 19 storey towers.

Godrej Properties has launched Palm Grove, its first project in Chennai. The premium residential project spread across 12.5 acres will offer 1,556 apartments in 16 and 19 storey towers. Engineering and construction major Larsen & Toubro will construct Godrej Palm Grove. Godrej Properties said the project is near the proposed airport Sriperumbudur and is within Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority Limits."We believe Chennai is one of the most important real estate markets in the country and we look forward to building our presence here.
