Empower Industries India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 07, 2011, inter alia, to consider the conversion of Convertible Equity Warrants into Equity Shares issued on Preferential Basis to the Allottees to whom warrants have been allotted and consideration received thereof.
