Cura Technologies allots shares upon conversion of warrant

Cura Technologies has allotted 2 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each upon conversion of warrants.

Cura Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 08, 2011 have allotted 200,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- upon exercise of the right of conversion for 200,000 Fully Convertible warrants held by the Warrant holder.

Accordingly, the equity share capital of the Company post allotment of 200,000 shares as mentioned above, stands at 89,20,000 Shares of Rs. 10/- each.
