    Jaypee Infratech at its meeting held on January 24, 2011 has declared interim dividend at Re 0.75 per share of Rs 10 i.e 7.5%.

      Jaypee Infratech Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 24, 2011 have declared Interim Dividend of Re.0.75 per equity share of Rs.10/-, i.e. 7.5%, aggregating Rs.104.17 Crores (excluding the Dividend Distribution Tax of Rs.17.30 Crores) for the year 2010-2011. The payment date for the Interim Dividend is fixed as February 11, 2011.
