Tata Steel Limited has informed the Exchange that the Committee of Directors duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the Company by a resolution dated January 22, 2011, has finalized the issue price at Rs. 610 per Equity Share in accordance with the book building process under SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.
