Cura Technologies at their meeting held on January 22, 2011 has allotted 3 lakh shares on convertible warrants basis.

Cura Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on January 22, 2011 have allotted 300,000 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- upon exercise of the right of conversion for 300,000 Fully Convertible warrants held by the Warrant holder. Accordingly, the equity share capital of the Company post allotment of 300,000 shares as mentioned above, stands at 95,20,000 Shares of Rs.10/- each.
