AP govt creates biggest govt-run credit bureau online

The Andhra Pradesh has created biggest government-run credit bureau online, reports CNBC-TV18. The state government has put data of 85 lakh MFI customers on the site.

The Andhra Pradesh has created biggest government-run credit bureau online, reports CNBC-TV18. The state government has put data of 85 lakh micro finance institutions (MFI) customers on the site.


Another 85 lakh MFI Accounts will be posted online after validation. Post the  updation, all MFIs with user and password will be able to access MFI database.


The state government of Andhra Pradesh aims to put data of 1.5 crore customers online soon.
