Entrepreneur C Sivasankaran has exited the Hubtown Mumbai joint venture by selling his stake in Hindoostan Mills for Rs 500 crore, CNBC-TV18 learns from sources.


Sivasankaran was holding 50% stake in Hindoostan Mills through Hubtown and had bought it from DLF for Rs 310 crore in 2009. After his exit, Red Fort Capital has bought Sivasankaran's stake in Hindoostan Mills.
