Krypton Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 18, 2011, inter alia, to consider the following business:

1. To finalize the Issue Price, Issue Size & entitlement ratio for the Rights Issue;

2. To approve the Final Letter of Offer; and

3. To fix the Record date for the Rights Issue.
