OnMobile Global Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 07, 2011, has considered and approved the issue of bonus shares to the equity shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:1, which is subjected to the approval of the members of the Company, conducted by a resolution through postal ballot.Source : BSE
