The standing committee on finance will take up the Companies Bill tomorrow. The committee is expected to discuss the Bill with the Corporate Affairs Minister - Veerappa Moily while the contentious private placement clause will be discussed at the meeting, reports CNBC-TV18's Malvika Jain quoting sources.
