    Ashwani Gujral of ashwanigujral.com told CNBC-TV18, "Syndicate Bank is a buy with a stop loss of Rs 70 and target of Rs 82. UltraTech Cement is a buy with a stop loss of Rs 4,030 and target of Rs 4,200."

    "Tata Chemicals is also a buy with a stop loss of Rs 634 and target of Rs 660," he added.
