1. Approval of the minutes of last Board meeting.
2. Approval of unaudited Accounts for the quarter ended 30th June, 2017.
3. Adopted of Limited Review Report for quarter ended 30th June, 2017 as issued by RSVA & Co., Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditor of the company.
