We would like to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench has approved the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company through its order dated March 2, 2017. Now, pursuant to the receipt of the said approval, a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th March, 2017.

    We would like to inform you that Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad Bench has approved the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company through its order dated March 2, 2017. Now, pursuant to the receipt of the said approval, a Board Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 14th March, 2017, inter alia, to fix a record date for reckoning the shareholders of the company who shall be entitled to the shares which shall be allotted pursuant to the scheme and to constitute a committee which shall give effect to the order of the court and the scheme.Source : BSE
