Tricom India has informed that the Board of Directors at their meeting convened on shorter notice on September 03, 2016 have reversed the following decisions taken in its meeting held on September 01, 2016 due to unavoidable circumstances and appointment of Mr. Ratnakar Kulthe as an independent Director of the Company.
