Audited Financial Results of the Company for Quarter and Year ended March 31, 2016;2. To re-appoint Mr. Padam Singhee, Joint Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. June 01, 2016 for a period of five years.Further, the trading window will remain closed from May 20, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days inclusive) in view of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by insider as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.Source : BSE
