Super Forgings & Steels Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 11, 2017, inter alia, for the following purposes:- To approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2016.Further, in terms of the Code of Fair Disclosure and Conduct as framed by the Company under Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed with effect from February 03, 2017 upto February 13, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purposes.Source : BSE
