SMS Techsoft (India) has informed that Mr. Dilip Gajjar, Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. February 28, 2014. Further, the Company has appointed Mr. Darshan Mistry as an Independent Additional Director as on the same date i.e. February 28, 2014.
