Ravileela Granites fixes record date for reduction of capital & consolidation of shares as per BIFR order

The Hon'ble BIFR vide order dated July 08, 2013 approved the rehabilitation scheme. Ravileela Granites has to determine eligible shareholders for effecting reduction, consolidation, conversion of unsecured loan and infusion of funds. In this regard, the Company has fixed Dec 06, 2013 as a Record Date for effecting the aforesaid reduction.
