Narendra Properties Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 10, 2017, inter alia, to consider the following matters:1. To approve the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016.2. To take on record the evaluation of Independent Directors, Non-Independent Directors, Audit Committee, Chairman and the Board as a whole as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. A separate meeting of Independent Directors is scheduled to be held on February 09, 2017 for this purpose.3. To take on record the proceedings of the proceedings of the Familiarization programme scheduled to be conducted for the benefit of the Directors on February 09, 2017 and the record of attendance of the Directors thereat.Source : BSE
