Krishana Fabrics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 12, 2016 to consider Un-Audited Financial Results (Provisional) for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2016 (Q-1) for the financial year ended on March 31, 2017.Further, the Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 1st quarter ended on June 30, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from August 04, 201 6 till August 17, 2016 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on August 12, 2016 to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive).Accordingly, the Promoters, Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from August 04, 2016 to August 17, 2016 (both days inclusive).Source : BSE
