Jindal Poly Films at its meeting held on December 20, 2013, has accepted resignation of Mr. Hemant Sharma from Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Directorship of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2014 as he will be appointed as Whole Time Director of Jindal Films India Limited.

Jindal Poly Films Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 20, 2013, has accepted resignation of Mr. Hemant Sharma from Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Directorship of the Company w.e.f. January 01, 2014 as he will be appointed as Whole Time Director of Jindal Films India Limited, a subsidiary of the Company. However, Mr. Hemant Sharma will continue to act as a Director of Jindal Poly Films Limited.Source : BSE
